The Process in Going Natural

Have you thought of using a more natural approach when it comes to what you eat, drink or use on your skin?

I am sure you already cook your own meals, at least 3 a week and really enjoy whatever you prepare from scratch. If you haven’t – try it because it is much more delicious.

What about your skin?

The vast majority of people use deodorants and they have become a part of our morning routine. Wearing a deodorant makes us feel clean and fresh throughout the day.

Deodorants are also great for people who sweat excessively or live in hot climates and therefore they have become an essential item in most people’s beauty routines so much that we do not even think about the ingredients they contain.

Are you concerned about what products you use directly on your skin? Have you asked yourself the question – Is the product safe?

You are probably already using natural and organic creams and serums on your face so what about your underarms?

The time to go natural has come and you can start the journey by taking your first step by using a natural deodorant balm.

Most commercial deodorants contain harmful ingredients and are linked to skin irritation and even cancer. All these harsh ingredients are absorbed in your body and you don’t have to be a scientist to realise the consequences. An antiperspirant usually clogs your pores and prevents sweat from escaping your body. The result is - skin irritation, clogged pores and build-up of bacteria. Let’s not forget the stains on your favourite shirt or dress!

The conclusion is – go natural and use a deodorant balm with natural ingredients that are as effective at controlling your body odour and perspiration without the side effects of aluminium, parabens, artificial fragrances and other chemicals.

Many people who have switched from antiperspirants to natural deodorants have realised that they love the ingredients and don’t even think of going back to a commercial antiperspirant.

What you have to keep in mind is that once you make the switch to a natural deodorant, you may go through a bit of an adjustment period, especially if you sweat a lot. Why? The reason being there are a lot of chemicals stored in the tissues of your skin and your body will go through a detox period and eliminate all those toxins.

Eventually, your body will begin to self-regulate and you will be fresh, dry and smell-free.
